Confit garlic adds heaps of flavour to dishes and is perfect for enhancing your pasta game, roasting vegetables with, showcasing on your cheeseboard. We have got it in the box this week and have speciallty made this Confit Garlic Focaccia Recipe for it to pair with. It's super simple to make and a winner for everyone.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bulbs garlic, peeled
  • 2 sprigs of thyme or rosemary
  • Olive oil
  • 5 Peppercorns

Instructions:

  1. Peel 2 bulbs of garlic.
  2. Place into a small oven dish you can cover.
  3. Cover with olive oil, add thyme or rosemary.
  4. Cover the dish with an ovenproof lid or tin foil.
  5. Cook in the oven at 90 degrees for 2 hours.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Transfer the garlic and oil to an airtight container and store in the fridge for 2 weeks.
