INGREDIENTS:

  • 35g coriander leaves and stalks
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp pine nuts
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place coriander, garlic, pine nuts, and parmesan in a food processor or blender. Blitz until roughly chopped.
  2. Slowly add olive oil and blend until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
