This 4-step recipe is super quick and easy to make and you can add your favourite nuts or seeds for additional nutrients and texture. You might even like to try desicated coconut on top!

Just blitz, dunk in your favourite chocolate and allow to set for at least 1 hour, then you've got a batch of feel-good, gluten free sweet treats ready for the week.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana
  • 9 rice cakes
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp of hemp seeds (or your choice of nuts/seeds!)
  • Your chocolate of choice for dipping

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Using a food processor, blend together rice cakes, banana, dates, peanut butter, and nuts and seeds
  2. Roll the mixture into balls
  3. Melt your chocolate (you can microwave it, or place your chocolate into a heat proof bowl set over boiling water)
  4. Using a toothpick, dip each ball into the melted chocolate. Once all balls are covered, place in the fridge to set for 1 hour.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge to have as an on the go snack!
